Dr. William Z. Morris is a pediatric orthopedic surgeon at Scottish Rite for Children and an Associate Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. He specializes in pediatric and young adult hip disorders, hip preservation, lower extremity deformities, fractures, and other complex musculoskeletal conditions affecting children and adolescents. Dr. Morris earned his medical degree from UT Southwestern Medical Center, completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Case Western Reserve University, and pursued fellowship training in pediatric orthopaedics at Scottish Rite for Children as well as child and young adult hip preservation at Boston Children's Hospital and Harvard Medical School. His clinical practice combines advanced surgical expertise with a patient-centered approach, and his research focuses on improving outcomes for children and young adults with hip disorders and other orthopedic conditions.
